BessWave is raising a pre-seed round to deliver operations intelligence to mid-market businesses — natural language access to operational data across the systems they already run.

The Problem

Mid-market businesses run on disconnected operational systems. Getting answers means logging into multiple platforms, exporting data, and waiting for IT to build reports. By the time the information arrives, the moment has passed.

The Opportunity

Enterprise intelligence platforms exist, but they are built for Fortune 500 budgets and complexity. Consumer AI tools are not built for operational decisions. The mid-market sits in between, underserved by both. BessWave is built for that gap.

The Founder

Martin Jack brings over two decades of enterprise software leadership, including 14 years as CTO at DecisionPoint Technologies, where he built and scaled the IntelliTrack SaaS platform to enterprise grade with SOC 2 compliance. BessWave is backed by an experienced advisory team with expertise in executive strategy, AI architecture, brand and go-to-market, and business development.

Where We Are Today

Staging is live. Demos are running. The product is in active development with a dedicated nearshore engineering team.

• January 2026: Foundation deployed on AWS — infrastructure, authentication, database, and GraphRAG foundations.

• Now: Staging environment live. Live demos available. Early Adopter Program launched. First design partner conversations underway.

• July 2026: Full MVP launch.

• Q3 2026: Institutional Seed round.

The Investment

We are closing the remaining portion of our pre-seed round on a SAFE note. All investors receive pro rata rights in future rounds.
